The Queen Room with Private Bath was spacious and beautifully decorated. The peaceful garden provided a lovely escape and was perfect for reading.

The morning began with fresh homemade muffins and a relaxing breakfast on the sun porch, followed by the friendly evening wine and cheese gathering, which made it easy to connect with fellow guests. The charming home was meticulously clean and conveniently located, ensuring a safe environment close to all major attractions. Although parking was available, some onsite noise in the evening could be improved for a more restful night.

We enjoyed a lovely room with a super comfy bed and had a great chat with Carol and Brian during breakfast. The garden was such a nice spot to relax, and the sun terrace was perfect for some afternoon sun. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The carpets on the stairs appear worn and unclean.

This place was a great fit for a mini-vacation in San Francisco with the best value for money ratio. The small space heater in my room kept me warm and cozy despite it being a chilly night outside. Just make sure to grab breakfast early to avoid the morning noise from the kitchen staff.
